The 8 Week Mindful Self-Compassion Course(MSC)
Thank you for your interest in the Mindful Self-Compassion Program.
The MSC course is taught over 8 weekly sessions of 2.75 hours per week, including a half day retreat after week 5.
The Course includes:
8 x weekly group sessions (2.75 hrs each) which include: Weekly Topics, Meditations, Experiential Exercises, Small and Large Group Discussions
A half day Silent practice retreat
Weekly home practices
Recorded guided meditations
A supportive community

Discovery Call
Once you have submitted your registration form, we will schedule a 20 minute discovery call (on Zoom), as a chance for us to meet each other, for you to ask any questions you might have, and to help determine if MSC will be beneficial and suitable for you at this time.
Confirmation & Payment
Once your registration has been accepted, a 50% deposit is required for confirmation.
Balance payment is payable 2 weeks before course commences.
