A Guided Meditation practice to start your day with Loving-Connected-Presence: Bringing ourselves into presence, grounding our awareness in the body, and gently opening and nourishing our hearts with Loving Kindness & Compassion.

Meditation Series 1 (Scarborough)

February 4 - March 4

Part 1 of a Series of 4 Meditation Series:

Each Series will build the foundation of Cultivating Awareness, Presence and Insight through Mindfulness practices, and cultivating and nourishing our heart qualities, the Four Brahma Vihara’s: Loving Kindness, Compassion, Equanimity & Empathetic Joy.

  • SERIES 1:5 Sessions

    • Mindfulness of Body, Awareness, Breath

    • Metta - Loving Kindness

    SERIES 2:

    • Mindfulness of Thoughts, Sensations, Feelings, Emotions

    • Karuna - Compassion

    SERIES 3:

    • Mindfulness of the Mind: Open Awareness

    • Maitri - Equanimity

    SERIES 4:

    • Recognising our True Nature: Openness, Love, Compassion, Wisdom

    • Mudita - Empathetic Joy

    Each 1 hour Session Includes:

    • Soft Landing: Settling into the Body, Intention

    • Meditation: Cultivating Awareness, Presence, Mindfulness

    • Mindful & Compassionate Movement

    • Meditation: Cultivating our Heart Qualities

    • Short time for Sharing

    • Dedication & Poem

Note: These gentle practices are Suitable for Beginner & Experienced Meditators. You do not need to have joined one Series in order to join another.

An Introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)

Are you curious about Mindful Self-Compassion?

Join me in a 2 hour Introductory workshop: An opportunity to experience a few of the core principals and practices of the full 8 Week Mindful Self-Compassion Program.

What to expect? Through meditation, short teachings, discussion and experiential exercise, you will gain some awareness & practical skills to start bringing more mindfulness and self-compassion into your daily life.

Includes: 2 Recorded guided practices to take home - to start your Mindful Self-Compassion Journey!

Note: You do not need to have attended an Introductory Workshop in order to join the 8 Week MSC Course

The 8 Week Mindful Self-Compassion Course (MSC)

April 29 - June 4

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically supported 8 week course designed to cultivate the skill and resource of self-compassion.

MSC enhances our capacity for greater well-being and resilience by developing our inner resources of mindfulness and self-compassion.

The MSC course is taught over 8 weekly sessions of 2.75 hours per week, including a half day retreat after week 5.
