Often the simplest way to describe this work is “assisted Self-discovery”;
I offer a gentle yet powerful experiential method which uses Somatic Awareness, Mindfulness of Present Moment Experience, and Compassion, to reconnect you with the Wisdom of your Body, and support your Innate impulses towards Healing and Well-being.
Where: In Person in Kommetjie or Online.
Duration: Sessions are 1 hour.
The 8 Week Mindful Self-Compassion Course (MSC)

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically supported 8 week course designed to cultivate the skill and resource of Self-compassion. .
MSC teaches core principles and practices that enable us to respond to difficult moments and stress in our lives with greater awareness, kindness and understanding.
Practicing Mindful Self-Compassion is shown to assist in reducing unnecessary suffering and stress, and enhancing emotional resilience and well-being.
Where: In Person in Scarborough
Duration: The MSC Course is taught over 8 Weekly sessions of 2.75 hours each, including a half day retreat after week 5.
